Sales Associate


Summary:

Monsoon is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Associate.  

As a member of the sales team the Sales Associate will be focused on generating leads and growing the Monsoon account base. The ideal candidate will have a drive for success, is not afraid of a challenge, and is willing to submerse themselves in our industry to fully understand how to support our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed Key Sales Objectives
  • Partner with Account Executives to generate leads, assist with demos, and close deals
  • Generate leads by outbound calling efforts, qualifying incoming leads, and following up on Marketing promotions
  • Maintain an accurate sales database


Experience/Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of inside sales, telemarketing or customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with basic computer functions including Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

Monsoon provides an excellent benefit package including medical, dental and vision as well as short term and long term disability insurance and life insurance.  In addition a 401(k) plan, transit plan and flex spending plan are available.  Monsoon’s office is centrally located and near many amenities. Base salary and incentive compensation is in part based on experience.
