Monsoon already offers world-class customer support, but we’re always looking for new ways to serve our clients! 3:00 am – 6:00 pm Pacific Time, M-F (except for holidays)

Phone Support:
6:00 am – 6:00 pm Pacific Time, M-F (except for holidays)

Tip of the Day: Checking for Updates

Set your General Preferences to “Check for updates every day at _____” to late afternoon (2:00 - 4:00pm, your local time). Take into account your operational needs and Monsoon Support hours, and set your time to minimize the possible impact to your business. This will allow time to ensure that your entire system is operating correctly prior to going home for the night. And remember: we will always send an email letting you know a release is on its way!
